Product use :

Disc brake motors are suitable for rapid stopping, trailing protection, and braking under inertial loads in various industrial machinery. They are ideal supporting equipment for applications such as punch presses, cranes, winding and unwinding machines, and high-rise window washing baskets.

SHINPOR and Operating Principle of Xingbao Brand Disc Brake Motor :

After the brake motor is powered on, the coil (6) is energized. The magnetic attraction between the fixed element (7) and the return rotor (8) overcomes the thrust of the brake spring (5), causing the return rotor (8) to slide towards the fixed element (7). This attraction releases the braking state between the brake pad (9) and the outer frame (4). The return rotor (8) generates an induced electromotive force by cutting the magnetic field of the fixed element (7), causing the return rotor to rotate. The rotation of the return rotor (8) drives the output shaft (1) to rotate. At this time, a certain axial air gap is maintained between the return rotor (8) and the fixed element (7). When the power is cut off, the return rotor (8) is pushed back towards the outer frame (4) by the thrust of the brake spring (15), and the motor stops rapidly.
